Dynamic praise and worship leader, Jimmy D Psalmist releases new single “Great and Terrible” to mark his birthday today. The song is off his recently released album, MIGHTY MAN OF WAR.

Speaking about the song he says, “The reason why folks are afraid and are being molested by the devil is because of the lack of knowledge/revelation of the personality and capacity of our GOD.

“A child of an Army General can never and will never be afraid of a bully. I’ll like to remind you that you are the child of the MASTER of the UNIVERSE, the OWNER of the WHOLE WORLD. All power belongs to Him, so why are you afraid of the devil that is supposed to be under your feet?

“Allow me to tell you a little about your God in this song. If “Mighty Man of War” got you on your feet or made you soar like an eagle then get ready because this song “Great and Terrible” will embolden your inward man.

“Meanwhile, a full dose of “Mighty Man of War” album will take you to another dimension in God. Enjoy the presence of God.”

“Great and Terrible” was produced By Ebenezer Iriemi.

LYRICS

Great & Terrible by Jimmy D Psalmist

You’re sitteth in heaven and make the earth your footstool

Yet you live in me 2x

The river of life with fire in your eyes

What a wonder you are 2x

You built the earth and roofed it with the heavens

No pillar no walls 2x

You speak in thunder and clothed with yards of fire

How terrible you are 2x

Ewo ewo

Great and terrible God

Yes you reign

Eleh eleh

Great and terrible God

Yes you reign

Iyammi o iyammi o

Great and terrible God

Yes you reign

Chimoo chimoo

Great and terrible God

Yes you reign

My God you reign, you reign

Great and Terrible God

Yes you reign

Yes you reign, yes you reign

Great and Terrible God

Yes you reign

I’m not afraid, not afraid

Great and terrible God

Yes you reign.

Uprising Nigerian Gospel artist Zack Dekera, who formerly based in Port Harcourt took to the media to send a striking message to his fellow gospel artists in the Nigerian industry. After facing some tough challenges that shook his ministry and family, Zack goes on soul searching and seeks to inspire and teach others what he has learned from his journey.

Zack Dekera is a lead singer with COZA workforce at Port Harcourt campus. He started his music career at age 20. Hosted 11 gospel concerts since 2007, tagged “The Truth”. He has two major singles to his credit. “TAKING OVER” AND “Lokuchina”

He is a graduate in mathematics/computer science. A Gospel singer married to Anita Dekera with son -Dewan Dekera.

He was once working with Intels Nigeria Ltd at Onne Port Harcourt as a CCTV operator. There he was able sponsor his music passion effectively and affected lives as well. But when the country entered recession making many companies to reduce staff strength he was affected. He shares;

“I ventured into palm oil business with some money I got from company so as to have sustaining income for family while he searched for another. But got duped along the line which left me no choice than to sell my car and some house appliances so as to travel out of the country in search for greener pastures. Along the line I got duped too by agents. I had no choice but to send my pregnant wife and son to stay with my mother in-law in Delta State, while I relocated from PH to Lagos since the house we lived in was already expired by two years.

I applied so many places for job to no avail. In order to keep things rolling for the family I decided to do laborer jobs to get daily pay.“

He took to his Facebook page to post a video of himself with pictures. Advising many out there that;

There is difference between ARCHIVED SUCCESS and BEING SUCCESSFUL

“For my family and music, i am not ashamed to start all over again, i am ready to do anything positive to keep my dream”

He went further to release a video where he advised two set of people:

1.All budding singers, artiste, actors and

2. Those at top of their career. Here is a transcript from the video :

He further shares;

“some people wait to die and be in Hell fire before they seek who would advice their beloved on earth, i choose to be Zack Dekera; who in my hell situation here on earth, cry out my advice to two set of people today” First set of people My fellow upcoming singers, musicians, artiste, actors, stop begging to be known, to be heard or to fulfill your purpose., stop pursuing people to carry you along. All that ends up reducing your value and worth. If i may ask who wants to help you? Is it the Pastor, Music director, church members, celebrity? Or abi this people aint humans who need help too ni? I remember in 2011 i asked my pastor for N5000 to execute a music proposal i had then and he asked me if i was a member of the church. That was his way of shelving me aside. My advice, start with what you have, where you are, those around you and be consistent. God alone will find you when you are strategic, Truthful and Dedicated Second set of people i will advice in my Hell situation *Those of you who think you’ve made it to the top, look around me very well. This i am passing now and something similar is real. I once used to work and earn real comfortably to sponsor my music career and family. I have hosted big music events before nw, dropped two singles as well but when recession came, i lost my Job, Had to sell my car, sell some properties just to feed wife and son..”

The profound lesson

1. We should learn to start with what we have and wherever we are.

2. We should learn to depend on God for uplifting.

3. We should learn to save and invest as well assist others grow well.

When all these are done you live a successful life and won’t end up in bad times and situations, just like he did.

Alagbara” is a song written and sang by Almira, a Nigerian gospel Artist. It was written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The song came to her when she was going through a lot in her life and needed some reassurance from God that He was with her.

Alagbara, (The Mighty & Powerful God) is for those who need to know that they are not alone in whatever they are going through. Just stay with God, be consistent in serving him and you will not be disappointed. The God I serve creates something great from what we see and call nothing.” – AlmiraSings

Alagbara was produced by A4Jeazy.

Founder and senior Pastor of World Changers Church International (WCCI), Creflo Dollar lauded Nigerian Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo and the entire Commonwealth Of Zion Assembly (COZA, Nigeria) as he preached about the grace of God a few days ago. Pastor Creflo needed to sight an example and the case study that popped up in his mind was of COZA and so he shared:

“I went to Nigeria and I’ve never, never ever in my life been treated with such excellence everywhere in the world. Never have I seen this. Never experienced it. And I thought I would never experience it. I think it’s in Ibadan now, no not Ibadan (where, where’s it?). It was the capital of Nigeria … Huh, huh, Abuja! I was in Abuja and I went to this church, I think the name of the church was COZA. You ever heard of that? In Abuja Nigeria, COZA…”

“…I have never experienced, the level of excellence blew my mind! I’m talking about ‘BLEW MY MIND!’. So when I got there I’m thinking mehn, this guy, I don’t know who he’s been listening to to preach the Gospel of Christ but they have done a fine job teaching him”

See video below:

Biodun Fatoyinbo could not hold back tears when he found this video where Creflo Dollar lauded his zeal and dexterity in preaching the word of God and so he let them roll down his eyes as he shared:

“I just shed tears and I am totally humbled. Guys, keep doing things right, there is always a reward for it. Honour is my secret. I have been so blessed and lifted just by honouring people. I have been rewarded with honour too. I have seen a crazy dimension of honour in my life. I’m just so grateful! Thank you Jesus! Stand by your values, you may be criticized or mocked at first, but in the end you’d be copied! Blessings!”

Frank Edwards however, shared the same video an hour after Pastor B did and made a pretty good comment about the man of God saying:

“This made me very happy sir. Now people can hear what I’ve been saying from a higher authority!!!”
